After a week of solid gigging, we were extremely pleased to get the opportunity of some live radio on Miami station WVUM. We arrived at the studio at 3:30pm, before meeting the DJ, Pedro, and going live at 4pm. Thankfully he was very helpful and very much up for plugging both our music, and what we were trying to achieve with Fairchild. The interview went well, and as well as playing three of of our songs off 'Streets Will Fold' (including the single 'Footprints' - still on iTunes folks - make sure you buy it if you haven't already!) he gave us the opportunity of doing an impromptu live acoustic song. We chose to do 'Monkey Song' which has gone down very well with the American audiences all the way through the trip.

The video below shows us performing the song, and we may upload a few more clips with some of the interview later in the week. Pedro seemed very impressed, and considering we haven't played the song in an acoustic format for some time, I thought we sounded great. No stinging guitar solos for me this time, but it was great fun to blast through the song with a few BV's anyway!
